The sector is undergoing huge changes at the moment and voluntary and community groups have never had it so tough. A rising demand for services coupled with a decline in grant funding has hit our voluntary sector hard.
Add to this the complexities of procurement and public service delivery and you’ve got a very challenging funding environment.
